Municipality Finance Plc amends the terms and conditions of medium term notes

Municipality Finance Plc amends the terms and conditions pertaining to interest payments of USD 10 million medium term notes issued on 18 July 2019 (ISIN: XS2027954127). With the amendments, the notes bear interest at fixed rate of 2.27 per cent. per annum for all interest periods from the interest period beginning in July 2021. Prior to the amendments, the interest for these interest periods was determined with reference to USD Constant Maturity Swap (CMS) rates. The amendment is intended to remove dependence to LIBOR rates which are expected to be discontinued in the coming years. USD CMS rates are determined with reference to LIBOR rates. In other respects, the terms and conditions of the notes remain unchanged. Holders of the notes have approved the amendments and they take effect on 26 February 2021.

The notes have been admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki.

Municipality Finance issues a NOK 500 million tap under its MTN programme

On 24 February 2021 Municipality Finance Plc issues a new tranche in an amount of NOK 500 million to an existing series of notes originally issued on 2 September 2019. With the new tranche, the aggregate notional amount of the notes is NOK 1.5 billion. The maturity date of the notes is 2 September 2024. The notes bear interest at a fixed rate of 1.5% per annum.

The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular and the supplemental offering circular are available in English on the company’s website at http://kuntarahoitusdata-en/investor-relations/.

MuniFin has applied for the new tranche to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 24 February 2021. The existing notes in the series are admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.

Municipality Finance issues a NOK 2.1 billion tap under its MTN programme

On 18 January 2021 Municipality Finance Plc issues a new tranche in an amount of NOK 2.1 billion to an existing series of floating rate notes originally issued on 10 January 2018. With the new tranche, the aggregate notional amount of the notes is NOK 4 billion. The maturity date of the notes is 10 January 2025. The notes bear interest at a floating rate equal to 3-month Nibor plus 1.25% per annum.

The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular and the supplemental offering circular are available in English on the company’s website at http://kuntarahoitusdata-en/investor-relations/.

Municipality Finance issues NOK 2 billion notes under MTN programme

Municipality Finance Plc issues NOK 2 billion notes on 13 January 2021. The maturity of the notes is 5 years and the maturity date is 13 January 2026. The notes bear interest at a floating rate equal to 3-month Nibor plus 1.50% per annum.

The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular and the supplemental offering circular are available in English on the company’s website at www.munifin.fi/investor-relations.

MuniFin has applied for the notes to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 13 January 2021.

SEB acts as the Dealer for the issue of the notes.
