Municipality Finance issues EUR 3 million notes under its MTN programme

Municipality Finance Plc issues EUR 3 million notes on 28 February 2022. The maturity date of the notes is 28 February 2028. MuniFin has a right but no obligation to redeem the notes early on 28 February 2024. The notes bear interest at a fixed rate of 0.56% per annum.

The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular and the supplemental offering circular are available in English on the company’s website at www.munifin.fi/investor-relations.

MuniFin has applied for the notes to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 28 February 2022.

DZ Bank AG acts as the Dealer for the issue of the notes.

Municipality Finance issues EUR 120 million notes under its MTN programme

Municipality Finance Plc issues EUR 120 million notes on 22 February 2022. The maturity date of the notes is 22 February 2032. MuniFin has a right but no obligation to redeem the notes early on 22 February 2023 and every year thereafter. The coupon payable is 0% on the first interest payment date, after which the coupon will increase annually by 0.62 percentage points, unless MuniFin redeems the notes early.

The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular and the supplemental offering circular are available in English on the company’s website at www.munifin.fi/investor-relations.

MuniFin has applied for the notes to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 22 February 2022.

Municipality Finance issues a GBP 50 million tap and a GBP 80 million tap under its MTN programme

On 17 February 2022 Municipality Finance Plc issues a new tranche in an amount of GBP 50 million to an existing series of notes issued on 19 January 2022 and a new tranche in an amount of GBP 80 million to an existing benchmark issued on 17 March 2021. The new tranches are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. MuniFin has applied for the new tranches to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 17 February 2022. The existing notes in both series are admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.

GBP 50 million tap

With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the notes is GBP 430 million. The maturity date of the notes is 19 June 2025, and the notes bear interest at fixed rate of 1.125% per annum.

BofA Securities Europe SA acts as the Dealer for the issue of the new tranche. 

GBP 80 million tap

With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the benchmark is GBP 1.08 billion. The maturity date of the benchmark is 17 December 2025. The benchmark bears interest at fixed rate of 0.375% per annum.

J.P. Morgan SE acts as the Dealer for the issue of the new tranche.

On 16 February 2022 Municipality Finance issues a new tranche in an amount of EUR 25 million to an existing benchmark issued on 15 January 2020. With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the benchmark is EUR 1.875 billion. The maturity date of the benchmark is 15 November 2024 and it bears interest at a fixed rate of 0.00% per annum.

On 14 February 2022 Municipality Finance Plc issues EUR 100 million notes, EUR 5 million notes and a new tranche in an amount of EUR 25 million to an existing benchmark issued on 22 April 2020. The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. EUR 100 million notes

The maturity date of the notes is 14 February 2032. MuniFin has a right but no obligation to redeem the notes early on 14 February 2023, 14 February 2025 and 14 February 2027. The notes bear interest at fixed rate of 1.145% per annum.

EUR 5 million notes

The maturity date of the notes is 14 February 2037. MuniFin has a right but no obligation to redeem the notes early on 14 February 2023 and every year thereafter. The notes bear interest at fixed rate of 1.3% per annum.

EUR 25 million tap to a benchmark

With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the benchmark is EUR 2 billion. The maturity date of the benchmark is 22 April 2025. The benchmark bears interest at fixed rate of 0.00% per annum.

MuniFin issues two new tranches to an existing series of notes issued on 19 January 2022. With the new tranches, the aggregate nominal amount of the notes is GBP 380 million. The maturity date of the notes is 19 June 2025, and the notes bear interest at fixed rate of 1.125% per annum.

Deutsche Bank AG acts as the Dealer for the GBP 30 million tranche and HSBC Continental Europe and NatWest Markets NV act as the Lead Managers for the GBP 50 million tranche.

GBP 95 million tap

MuniFin issues a new tranche to an existing benchmark issued on 17 March 2021. With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the benchmark is GBP one billion. The maturity date of the benchmark is 17 December 2025. The benchmark bears interest at fixed rate of 0.375% per annum.

Municipality Finance issues EUR 10 million notes and a GBP 65 million tap under its MTN programme

On 2 February 2022 Municipality Finance Plc issues EUR 10 million notes and a new tranche in an amount of GBP 65 million to an existing benchmark issued on 17 March 2021. The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular and the supplemental offering circular are available in English on the company’s website at www.munifin.fi/investor-relations.

EUR 10 million notes

The maturity date of the notes is 20 May 2024, and the notes bear interest at fixed rate of 0.01% per annum.

MuniFin has applied for the notes to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 2 February 2022.

Swedbank AB acts as the Dealer for the issue of the notes.

GBP 65 million tap to a benchmark

With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the benchmark is GBP 905 million. The maturity date of the benchmark is 17 December 2025. The benchmark bears interest at fixed rate of 0.375% per annum.

MuniFin has applied for the new tranche to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 2 February 2022. The existing notes in the series are admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.

Deutsche Bank AG acts as the Dealer for the issue of the new tranche.

Municipality Finance issues EUR 11.5 million notes and a NOK 500 million tap under its MTN programme

On 1 February 2022 Municipality Finance Plc issues EUR 11.5 million notes and a new tranche in an amount of NOK 500 million to an existing series of notes issued on 13 January 2021. The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. EUR 11.5 million notes

The maturity date of the notes is 1 February 2030. MuniFin has a right but no obligation to redeem the notes early 1 February 2023 and every year thereafter. The coupon payable is 0% on the first interest payment date, after which the coupon will increase annually by 0.25 percentage points, unless MuniFin redeems the notes early.

MuniFin has applied for the notes to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 1 February 2022.

Credit Suisse Bank (Europe) S.A. acts as the Dealer for the issue of the notes.

NOK 500 million tap

With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the notes is NOK 3 billion. The maturity date is 13 January 2026 and the notes bear interest at a floating rate equal to 3-month Nibor plus 1.50% per annum.

MuniFin has applied for the new tranche to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 1 February 2022. The existing notes in the series are admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.

Nordea Bank Abp acts as the Dealer for the issue of the notes.
