Municipality Finance issues a EUR 200 million tap and a GBP 25 million tap under its MTN programme

On 28 March 2022 Municipality Finance Plc issues a new tranche in an amount of EUR 200 million to an existing benchmark issued on 16 January 2019 and a new tranche in an amount of GBP 25 million to an existing benchmark issued on 17 March 2021. The new tranches are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular and the supplemental offering circular are available in English on the company’s website at www.munifin.fi/investor-relations.

MuniFin has applied for the new tranches to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 28 March 2022. The existing notes in both series are admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.

EUR 200 million tap

With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the benchmark is EUR 1.65 billion. The maturity date of the benchmark is 7 March 2024, and the benchmark bears interest at fixed rate of 0.125% per annum.

Barclays Bank Ireland PLC acts as the Dealer for the issue of the new tranche.

GBP 25 million tap

With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the benchmark is GBP 1.32 billion. The maturity date of the benchmark is 17 December 2025. The benchmark bears interest at fixed rate of 0.375% per annum.

Municipality Finance issues a GBP 110 million tap under its MTN programme

On 25 March 2022 Municipality Finance Plc issues a new tranche in an amount of GBP 110 million to an existing benchmark issued on 17 March 2021. With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the benchmark is GBP 1.295 billion. The maturity date of the benchmark is 17 December 2025. The benchmark bears interest at fixed rate of 0.375% per annum.

On 17 March 2022 Municipality Finance Plc issues EUR 25 million notes, USD 100 million notes and RON 33.5 million notes. The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. MuniFin has applied the notes to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 17 March 2022.

EUR 25 million notes

The maturity date of the notes is 17 March 2042. MuniFin has a right but no obligation to redeem the notes early on 17 March 2024. The notes bear interest at fixed rate of 1.5855% per annum.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc acts as the Dealer for the issue of the notes.

USD 100 million notes

The maturity date of the notes is 17 March 2025 and the notes bear interest at fixed rate of 2.02% per annum.

RON 33.5 million notes

The maturity date of the notes is 18 March 2024 and the notes bear interest at fixed rate of 5.35% per annum.

Municipality Finance Plc issues EUR 35 million notes on 4 March 2022. The maturity date of the notes is 4 March 2030. MuniFin has a right but no obligation to redeem the notes early on 4 March 2025. Municipality Finance issues a GBP 30 million tap under its MTN programme

On 2 March 2022 Municipality Finance Plc issues a new tranche in an amount of GBP 30 million to an existing benchmark issued on 17 March 2021. With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the benchmark is GBP 1.11 billion. The maturity date of the benchmark is 17 December 2025. The benchmark bears interest at fixed rate of 0.375% per annum.

The new tranche is issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular and the supplemental offering circular are available in English on the company’s website at www.munifin.fi/investor-relations.

MuniFin has applied for the new tranche to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 2 March 2022. The existing notes in the series are admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.

Bank of Montreal Europe Plc acts as the Dealer for the issue of the new tranche.

Municipality Finance issues a USD 20 million tap under its MTN programme

On 1 March 2022 Municipality Finance Plc issues a new tranche in an amount of USD 20 million to an existing series of notes issued on 15 July 2021. With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the notes is USD 340 million. The maturity date of the notes is 15 July 2026. The notes bear interest at a floating rate equal to Compounded Sofr plus 100 bps per annum.

The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular and the supplemental offering circular are available in English on the company’s website at www.munifin.fi/investor-relations.
