Municipality Finance issues NOK 750 million tap under its MTN programme

On 12 May 2022 Municipality Finance issues a new tranche in an amount of NOK 750 million to an existing series of notes issued on 11 January 2022. With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the notes is NOK 6.25 billion. The maturity date is 11 January 2027 and the notes bear interest at a floating rate equal to 3-month Nibor plus 1.50% per annum.

The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 45 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular and the final terms of notes are available in English on the company’s website at www.munifin.fi/investor-relations.

MuniFin has applied for the new tranche to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 12 May 2022. The existing notes in the series are admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.

On 19 April 2022 Municipality Finance Plc issues two series of EUR 15 million notes. The maturity date in respect of both series is 19 April 2027. Municipality Finance issues NOK 2 billion notes and SEK 150 million notes under its MTN programme

On 30 March 2022 Municipality Finance Plc issues NOK 2 billion notes and SEK 150 million notes. The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular and the supplemental offering circular are available in English on the company’s website at www.munifin.fi/investor-relations.

MuniFin has applied the notes to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 30 March 2022.

NOK 2 billion notes

The maturity date of the notes is 30 March 2026 and the notes bear interest at a floating rate equal to 3-month Nibor plus 150 bps per annum.

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB acts as the Dealer for the issue of the notes.

SEK 150 million notes

The maturity date of the notes is 30 March 2026 and the notes bear interest at a floating rate equal to 3-month Stibor plus 150 bps per annum.
